The Lavaud Blanche heating ystem is very innovative, environmental friendly, and most of all it contributes to the interior design of the cottage! During winter, the masonry heaters act as radiation sources (like small "interior suns"), procuring a cosy and warm athmosphere. These masonry heaters follows North American design, including a clay core. They produce enough power to heat the 370 sqm of the cottage, to insure water production and central heating of bedrooms

The main thing that distinguishes a masonry heater lies in its ability to store a large amount of heat. This means that you can rapidly burn a large charge of wood without overheating your house. The heat is stored in the masonry thermal mass, and then slowly radiates into your house for the next 18 to 24 hours. |
This masonry heater requires one quick and intense fire evry 24h, the average duration of such a fire being around 1h15

- The living room heater is very innovative:
- First, it is a conventional masonry heater;
- It is equiped by a integrated oven, for bread, pizza cooking
- Its main innovative feature is its ability to heat two hydraulic systems, one devoted to hot water production, the other one to bedrooms radiators heating. This masonry heater is the first built, complying with french building standards
- The Spa heater is a classical masonry heater, equiped with a heating bench, very appreciated after a bath in the idoor swiming pool.
